Slurry Wash
The media is recycled, cleaned and reused.
The media flow can be curtailed to use the wash solution only as a rinse.
The wash solution is heated to increase the cleaning rate.
Skimmers are used to remove floating contaminants.
The process can be used to remove oils and surface contamination without removing the plating on rebuild components as shown below:
